Course Summary

It’s never a good idea to invest all your money in a single venture. Therefore, it is better to diversify your investments so that if one of them does poorly the losses you take on that investment will be offset by your gains on your other investments. The wisdom is about diversification and spreading your money and risks around different WATERS or economies around the world including FOREX, FUTURES- Dow Jones, S & P 500, NASDAQ Commodities- Silver, Gold, American - CFD - NYSE STOCKS, etc.
Waters as used by King Solomon could mean different national economies, and their different sectors rather than putting all your eggs in one basket. For example, if you are investing into stocks or equities and severe misfortune falls upon one of the company that you bought stocks from, the damage upon your total wealth could be contained because it is just one of many stocks you own.
However, if you don’t diversify and put all your money unto one company, sooner or later the odds will catch up with you and you will suffer a catastrophic loss. The event of 2008 has shown that even top companies are not immune from stock market crashes. Even many Christians were not spare due to lack of knowledge.
It’s interesting that the Bible advocates investing your money rather than just keeping it “under your mattress”. Jesus criticized the servant who buried the single talent that was entrusted to him, while praising those servants that earned good returns on their investments (Luke 19).
Most unbelievers or the so-called earthly investment gurus sometimes could go hysterical in attacking us for proclaiming the Good News to the financial markets accusing us of preying on defenceless Christians. Sometimes, they can sway anyone that believes them to look at us as the enemies of Christ or false teachers. The opposit is actually the case. The course will teach you how to be a better investor yourself than handing your money to earthly brokers.
First, you need to understand whose interest unbelievers are representing. They don’t represent Christ’s interests, nor the spreading of the Gospel to the dark financial markets, and so on. This first part of the training will help you to dispel rumours and cast down thoughts that the Bible cannot be applied to modern day stock and other financial markets.
Learning and preparing people on how to be making good investment decisions is key part of becoming a wise steward here on earth and while waiting for the Lord to come. Lazy people would want to tell you that Jesus Christ was not referring to money in Luke 19. Don’t believe that, because He would not have wasted time using terms like ‘occupy’ or ‘invest’ or ‘bank.’

These kinds of people know exactly what God want us to do first. God wants us to first seek for his wisdom, knowledge and understanding of the financial markets from the Bible, then occupy and take control of the markets until Jesus Christ comes.
