Investment Wisdom of King Solomon Part 2

Course Summary

The module: ‘Investment Wisdom of King Solomon Part 1,’ established how to find the deep bottoms of waters. It also established why it is important to avoid casting our investment on top of waters due to unforeseen troubles or turbulences that may hit a specific water of our interest or the entire global investment waters.

Whether price instabilities last for few minutes or over an extended period,  markets are usually characterized by disorderliness, uncertainties, and errors arising from unclean spirits such gossips or rumours, panic, anger, impatience, bitterness, rivalry, contentions, greed, fears, etc. Consequently, whipsaw remains one of the biggest nightmares in the lives of retail financial market traders. A market filled with whipsaws can therefore be regarded as unrighteous market that should be avoided. Such market is like a box housing a legion of demons and the king among them is FEAR.

The first part of the course introduces students to how to detect whipsaws and avoid them in other for one to comply with John 14:1, 27

Let not your heart be troubled: ye believe in God, believe also in me………… Peace I leave with you; My peace I give to you; not as the world gives do I give to you. Do not let your heart be troubled, nor let it be fearful.”

Each investor needs to be at peace with his/her investment both in stable and unstable waters. In other words, one should not have cause to suffer him or herself for unrighteous behaviours of other market participants.  Though, there may be prolong strife in the market we should not be fretful, fluster, confuse, bother, upset, or muddle ourselves at what we see from the chart –especially the erratic and short-term irrational behaviours of wordly traders.

Nested Fractals, Rational and Irrational Waters

The second part of this module focused more on internal structure of water or markets. How can one detect when water is rational using nested fractals?

Solomon’s usage of waters or markets cannot be outside Divine Framework of God's own time as given in Leviticus 25:3:  “Six years sow thy vineyard, Six year prunes thy vineyard, and six year gathers the crop thereof.”  This is the Divine Nested Fractals of Business cycle but a stumbling block to earthly investors.

For example, Leviticus 25:3 is simply a framework of when to investment at bottoms and tops of yearly, monthly, weekly, daily market cycles but without considering the lowest intrinsic value of the instrument of interest. Thus, we need to find out when the lowest intrinsic values of stocks, bonds, precious metals, currencies, real estates, indexes, commodities, etc. are in alignment with the bottom of waters as recommended in Leviticus 25:3.

Nested fractals remains a stumbling block even for Elliot Wave Followers, hence they ran back to using Fibonancci Ratios, and thus adding errors upon errors.

In this course you will learn how easy it is to use nested fractals and their importance in knowing when there will be a major or prolong panic, correction or recession. For example, a stock may have low monetary or book value and looks attractive for a buy but may become very costly to maintain or nurtured for profit due to bad timing of the investment. This is true especially when such investment is done at wrong times either at the top or middle of market cycles.

A good example is when Warren Buffett bought Goldman Sachs shares at $123 per share in September 2008. Though, the investment was good because of its low intrinsic value but the timing was wrong as the same share later fell deeper in value to $59.67 (or 48.51% drop in its original value) by the end of January 2009.

To overcome this problem, a simple solution is a graphical visualisation of nested fractals that shows when there is an alignment between fractals of time for sowing and fractals of price or the value of the instrument one is interested to invest unto.  This idea was already introduced in Module 1 as Divine Alignment of Bottom of Waters.

For example, in a month if a country’s index closed with a high price fractal, there is a higher chance that the economy of that country may continue to ‘fall down’ or decline and ‘correct itself’ in the new month, and thus, it should be dropped or avoided according to Proverbs 7:22. Such economy is like casting bread upon unstable waters.

On the other hand if a country’s index closed out in a month with a low price fractal, there is a higher chance that the country’s economy will continue to grow or expand in the new month and hence, it should be selected as good and stable investment waters for the new month.

Students will learn how to use a combination of fractals of price and calendar months in conjunction with ordinary pivot lines to know whether a new month or economy will be unstable or go into correction or recession so as to avoid it in compliance with God’s wisdom in Leviticus 25:3-4; Proverbs 10:5-6, and Proverbs 7:22
