High Risk Investment

Margined Currency Trading is one of the riskiest forms of investment available in the financial markets and is only suitable for sophisticated individuals and institutions. An account with any FOREX Brokers permits you to trade foreign currencies on a highly leveraged basis (up to approximately 50 times your account equity). In a standard account an initial deposit of $1,000 will enable the account holder to take a maximum position of $100,000 market value. (Please note that the minimum required to open an account may vary from $2,500 for a standard account and $250 for a mini account depending on the broker of your choice).

The funds in an account trading at maximum leverage can be completely lost, if the position(s) held in the account has a one percent swing in value. Theoretically, an account could lose more than the equity it contains, if the account is trading at maximum leverage and positions held in the account swing more than one percent in value. Given the possibility of losing one's entire investment, speculation in the foreign exchange market should only be conducted with risk capital funds that if lost will not significantly effect one's personal or institution's financial well beings.

In addition, there are risks associated with utilizing an Internet-based deal execution trading system including, but not limited to, the failure of hardware, software, and Internet connection. Since I do not control signal power, its reception or routing via Internet, configuration of your equipment or reliability of its connection, I cannot be responsible for communication failures, distortions or delays when trading via the Internet.

Trading Performances Disclosure

Historical performance on live accounts have inherent limitations, such as not being able t accurately predict the impact of unforeseen market moving events. Any inidication provided by a FOREX fund manager is not a guarantee of performance. It is your responsibility as an investor to assess the qualifications of facts presented before siging the limited power of attorney (LPOA) granting me as your fund manager to trade your account.

It is also the responsibility of the client to monitor the trading activity through daily reports submitted by his/her chosen broker. The client has its sole discretion, the ability to revoke the LPOA granted to me as your money manager by sending an email to his/her chosen broker after paying all commission due arising from the activity of the accoun you want to revoke.

Safty of Funds Disclosure

The trasaction you are entering into with your chosen FOREX broker are not traded on an exchange. Therefore, under the U.S. Bankruptcy Code, and most other countries’ bankruptcy code, your funds may not receive the same protections from your broker as fund they used to margin or guarantee exchange-traded futures and options contracts, which receive a proirity in bankruptcy.  Since that same prority has not been given to funds used for FOREX, if your broker becomes insolvent and you have a claim by amounts deposited or profits earned on transactions with them, your claims may not receive a proirty. Without a prioirity, you are a general creditor and your claim will be paid, along with the claims of other general creditors, from any monies still available after priority claims are paid by your broker. Even customer funds that your broker keeps separate from their own operating funds may not be safe from the claims of other general and priority creditors.
